Cabin Descriptions
Cabins are furnished except for bath and dish towels, and hide-a-bed linens. There is a picnic table on the deck or lawn of each cabin. A private campfire ring is available for each cabin. A 30% (minimum $75) deposit is required for each cabin reservation. Deposits are refundable only if the reserved stay is rented to another party. Green Valley Resort is administered separately from Green Valley Resort Association. Guests may go directly to their cabin upon arrival.
Units 2,4,5 Efficiency Cabins - One room efficiency with kitchenette. One queen bed or two twins beds. Each unit has a hide-a-bed and a private bath with shower. Rates are for one or 2 persons. Unit 3 Efficiency Cabin - Remodeled efficiency unit with air conditioning. One room efficiency with kitchenette. Queen bed, hide-a-bed, and a private bath with shower. 7 & 82 BEDROOM CABINS - Kitchen, dining and living area. Two private bedrooms with double beds. One hide-a-bed, private bath with shower. Rates are for up to 4 persons. Unit 11 A FRAME WITH LOFT - Loft has three double beds and one single bed. Two hide-a-beds downstairs with kitchen, dining and living areas, bathroom with shower. Ideal for family gatherings. Away from other cabins and campsites. No direct lake view. Camping area available by cabin. Rates are for up to 6 persons. Unit 12 3 BEDROOM HOUSE - behind the other cabins. Upstairs bedrooms total four double beds, one single bed and bunk beds. Downstairs includes large kitchen and dining room, living room with sofa, hide-a-bed, and daybed. Downstairs bathroom with tub/shower. Rates are for up to 8 persons.

Discount off all above rates-May 8 to June 11 and September 7 to Closing** Check in at 5:00 p.m. and check out by noon. Rental weeks in prime time run from Friday to Friday. Spring and Fall schedules may allow other check in/out times by arrangement. In order for us to ensure proper preparation of the cabins, please respect check in time. For each additional overnight guest between 5 and 18 add $5/night or $25/week, over 18 add $10/night or $50/week. All other visitors are charges $2 each day they visit. Pets add $8/day or $40/week. Hide-a-bed linens are $5/day if no additional quest are registered. RENTALS: CABIN RENTERS RECEIVE 15% OFF ALL BOAT
RENTALS. CAMPING RATES FOR FOUR: $25/day with shower facilities and electric hookup ($4/day extra for air conditioning), $20/day without hookup. $4/day for each additional person. Pets add $8/day. Ramp/dock space for boat $5/day. 48 independent sites rented seasonally. 5 month rate $1695 Store with groceries, pool table, video games, licenses, bait and tackle. Free ramp/dock space for one boat per cabin. Fish cleaning house. Natural sand swimming beach, basketball count, playground, volleyball, badminton, and horseshoes. Golf, tennis, and Lake Minnewaska access all within 2 miles. Marked swimming area and designated skiing/towing takeoff zones. Personal Watercraft (jet ski) use is NOT ALLOWED. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and personal checks. Unit assignments are subject to change without notice.
